Paul Dillon joined Holden International in 2007 and now serves as Managing Director. He is focused on materially improving the sales performance of Holden customers through a customized approach that leverages a careful combination of online simulations, deal coaching, consulting, and sales software. With the other Holden Team members, Mr. Dillon ensures that Holden clients have an impactful experience, as opposed to a one-time event, that is sustained with measureable, positive business improvement.
Mr. Dillon is a recognized authority on Deal Strategy. He brings to Holden an expertise in complex procurement decision making and selling professional services. Prior to joining Holden, Mr. Dillon was a director responsible for a $600 million budget for a Fortune 200 consumer packaged goods company. He has interviewed, negotiated and worked with over a thousand sellers globally. Mr. Dillon has also held management positions at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. His professional contributions have been covered by various publications, including The Journal of Commerce, Purchasing, and Traffic World.
Mr. Dillon received his M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.A. with honors from Colgate University. Mr. Dillon is on the Board of Directors for EdgeAlliance, which provides housing and supportive services for the sick and disadvantaged. He is a member of the President’s Club at Colgate University, enjoys running and has completed several marathons. He, his wife Chrissy have 2 sons and live in Chicago, IL.
